The Illusion of Perception
In a world where we are constantly stimulated, the overwhelming flood of information can often become entangled with our personal perceptions. These perceptions are shaped by our individual narrative - through memories, experiences, culture, heritage, intellect and the ways in which we think. As a result, we often fall victim to the illusion that what we perceive is absolute.
This project offers an insight into my own perception of the world, reflecting on the characteristics of how I process information and its influence in my creative practice.
When viewed singularly, each scene may appear confusing – leaving the mind to search for meaning or form...

...but, like a puzzle, as the pieces come together, the full narrative is gradually revealed, offering the viewer a deeper understanding that challenges the boundaries of their initial perception.
